Shipments
All our national orders are shipped with TCC, a Colombian postal express company with an excelent service. Their shipping is very fast and secure. TCC only delivers the order to the person to whom the package is send and it will normally be delivered within 24 hours until maximum 48 hours.
All our international orders we ship with multinational express companies; UPS, DHL and FEDEX. Depending on the country where you want us to ship your order to, our store automatically selects the cheapest of the three companies to use for your order.
Tracking
For all our shipments, we send out a tracking number to our customer by email which can be used to see where your package is (by internet or telephone). In order to avoid arriving to your junk mail, please add us to you contact list: info@mundounik.com.
Delivery
The orders are processed every weekday. If you make your purchase in the weekend, the order will be processed the next working day. Because reliability of delivery is as important to us as it is to you, a signature on delivery is required for every package. If you are not going to be available at the time of delivery, you should contact the respective courier company to reschedule the delivery time. If you are not available at the time of delivery and do not claim your package from the courier company, eventually it will be sent back to us. In that case, if you would like us to reship the product to you, we will have to charge the delivery cost again.
What happens if you receive a package that was damaged during shipping?
If you received a damaged watch, don’t worry, we are here to help you. We check every detail before sending a watch. In the remote case that your package arrives heavily damaged, check the package and its content in front of the postman and in case of real damage to the product, do not accept the package and inform us immediately. If the package is clearly repacked or opened and resealed, we also advise you to open the box in front of the postman to assure everything is accordingly to your purchase. All our shipments are insured and we will arrange any arising problem. In these cases, please send us an email to info@mundounik.com with the purchase order number and a description of your situation.
Returns
Within 14 days after receiving your watch (with the condition that it is unused and has no damage) you can change it for a different one. For changes requested by our customers we will charge a 25USD handling fee and all shipping costs (to us and back). Of the rest amount (after deducting these costs from your original purchase amount) you can choose your new watch in our site and if you happen to like a more expensive watch, you can pay the difference online.
