DELIVERY / SHIPPING

How do you send me my order?

All our national orders are shipped with TCC, a Colombian Postal company with an excelent service. Their shipping is very fast and secure. TCC only delivers the order to the person to whom the package is send and it will normally be delivered within 24hours until maximum 48 hours. All our international orders we ship with multinational express companies; UPS, DHL and FEDEX. Depending on the country where you want us to ship your order to, our store automatically selects the cheapest of the three companies to use for your order.

Where are the watches send from?

The watches are shipped from our office in Bogota, Colombia.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship to all Latin American countries, USA, Canada and EU (not all countries). Unfortunately we can not accept shipping addresses in Africa and Asia for the moment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Normally we send your order out within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order. Shipping within Colombia takes 1 to 2 working days and for international shipments the delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. Right after sending you your order, we will send you a tracking number which you can use to see where your package is at any given moment and estimate arrival date.

What happens if I am not there when they deliver?

The deliveries in Colombia are made with TCC. They only deliver to the person to whom the package is directed and if you are not there at the moment of delivery, they will return the next day to try delivering again. The way of delivery of DHL, FEDEX and UPS differs per country and therefore we can not ensure how they handle this. Normally they will leave a message if you are not home and ask you to contact them to arrange another delivery or pickup at their offices. If you want to know the exact process in your country, we recommend you contact a local office of these companies.

Can I also pick up my order?

Normally we do not receive customers to our office as we are an internet shop and in this way we can offer you the lowest prices. We can however offer delivery service against payment within Bogota if you wish so. Please contact us to arrange this.

How much does shipping cost?

National: Currently we offer free shipping on all our national (inside Colombia) orders!
International: For international shipping cost depends on the country where you want us to ship the order. To see an estimation of these cost, put the item(s) you are thinking of buying in your shopping cart. You should automatically be taken to your shopping cart where you will find in the bottom the estimation which depends on the country you select there.

Can I track my order?

For all our shipments, we send out a tracking number to our customer which can be used to see where your package is (by internet or telephone). To do so go to:

Which documents do you send with my order?

with all orders we include a commercial invoice. This invoice specifies the purchased product(s), the price, shipping costs and (if applicable) taxes included. All products in our page have all taxes included in their price. The shipping costs will be added to this price. For international shipments we add also a packing list which specifies ie. the number of items, the gross weight and net weight. This document you might need for custom purposes.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

How can I pay my order?

We offer the following payment options:

1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Credencial) trough our payment processor; Pagosonline.net.

2. Debit Card, Pagosonline.net also can process payments by all national (Colombian) debit cards.

3. A bank transfer or deposit to our Colombian bank account. This option is only available if you have a Colombian bank account or if you can deposit the payment locally into our account. International transfer to our account will have a very high aditional cost for both you aswell as us and therefore we can not accept this way of payment.

4. Payment in Cash against delivery (only available in Bogota, Colombia)

If you decide to pay by one of the last two options, you can do so through our page or by sending an email to info@mundounik.com with your name, address, ID nr. and the watch you want to buy and we will send you the information needed for the bank transfer or a suggestion for the delivery.

What is Pagosonline.net?

Pagosonline.net is the leading company in Colombia in the field of online payment processing. For more 6 years they have been offering a very strong system for processing of Credit and Debit Cards and have developed an advanced anti-fraud technology that ensures safe payments for you as our customer aswell as us a company. Our site will send you to https://gateway.pagosonline.net, which is the page of Pagosonline.net where you, complete secured, can make your payment. BE AWARE: If you decide to pay by credit or debit card you will receive a confirmation email from them about the status of your order, make sure you do not delete this! ALSO: your credit or debit card will show a charge from "Pagos Online" and not from our company. Unfortunately we can not change this, but is the normal process and they will inform us about your payment after which we send you your order.

Which Credit Cards do you accept?

Through Pagosonline we accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and Credencial.

Which Debit Cards do you accept?

Through Pagosonline we accept Debit Cards of all the Colombian banks.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes you can. We will send you the details for the transfer after receiving your order by phone, email or through our web site.

Can I pay in Cash?

If you live in Bogota, Colombia, we can arrange for delivery against cash payment. Please select this option while ordering or order by phone or email and mention this way of payment.

In what currency will I be charged?

All payment will be in handled in Colombian Pesos. Pagosonline our card processor also charges the price in Colombian Pesos that is mentioned on our site. On your cards statement you will see either this amount in Pesos or your will be charged in your local currency in accordance with the exchange rate your bank charges you. This depends fully on your bank and neither we nor Pagosonline have any control over that.

Do I have to pay taxes?

All the prices on our page include any applicable Colombian taxes, so there will be no surprises when checkout your order. If you order from abroad and we deliver abroad, you will receive a 16% discount (for the taxes) over the product prices you find in our site! It is possible that you will to pay some import tax in your country for receiving the product. These regulations are different in every country and we can not be sure in advance if you will be charged or not. If you want to know more details about this issue, we advice you to contact your local customs office.


ORDER / SHOPPING CART

Do you have all the watches in stock?

Yes, all the watches that do not have the "sold out" sign on our web page are ready for delivery with 1 to 2 days after receiving your order. If a watch is sold out currently, contact us and we can tell you if we will receive the watch again in the near future and when we expect it. As most of our watches are produced in limited volumes, we can not garantee that all watches will stay available at a later point.

How can I place an order on your page?

The purchase process is as follows; Step 1 Find the watch you want to buy and click on the "add to cart" button. Step 2 Click on "go to checkout". (or "continue shopping" if you want to add more items to your order) Step 3 Fill in all your details that our store will ask you and revise at the end everything carefully. Step 4 Confirm your order and depending on your chosen payment option, make payment. we will take care of the rest!

How does the Shopping Cart work?

The Shopping Cart is like a cart they have at supermarkets. It is a digital vehicule in which you can store the products that you like while going through the shop. When you add something to your cart, our shop will show you automatically the content of your cart and will give you several options; continue shopping for other items, check the estimated shipping costs or continue with your purchase which will start your checkout process. After completing this process your cart will be emptied again. If you decide not to buy the content of your cart just yet and if you opened an account with our store, your card content will automatically be saved for future visits to our store. Of course you can change or delete the content of your cart at one given time.

What is the price of this watch in my local currency?

The prices in our store are in Colombian Pesos. We also give the estimated price in US dollars which you can use to calculate to your own currency (if other than US dollar). The real exchange rate depends on your bank. We charge in Colombian Pesos and have no influence on the exchange rate for your local currency.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Of course! We will send you a confirmation email with all details of your order. If you decide to pay with Pagosonline, they also will send you an email with the status of your payment.

Can I make my order by telephone?

If you want to place an order but prefer not to use our website you can also call us during normal office hours. To order in this way, please have all the following information prepared; the name of the watch you want to buy, the billing address, the shipping address and the way of payment. We can send you an email with a link that takes you to our payment processor Pagosonline.net directly where you can arrange for the payment, you can choose to pay in cash or you can make a transfer to our bank account (only from other Colombian banks or direct local deposit). What benefits does it have to open an account with Mundo Unik?

Having an account with us allows you to shop faster, see your shopping history and receive the other benefits that are exclusive for our customer (like special discounts and announcements of soon to arriva watches).

Can I buy without creating an account?

Yes you can! We offer the options to purchase as a guest which means you will not have to create an account with us. You will still be able to see the status of your order and receive updates on the status of your payment for example.

How do I create an account?

There are two options; 1. when you decide to make a purchase, you can select the option to sign up as a new customer and register while checking out the order. 2. Click the link "My Account/Register" at the top right of our page and fill in the form.

How do I close my account?

If you want to close your account, send us an email from the email-address that you used to open the account and we will close you account within 48 hours.

I lost the password to my account, what to do?

To request a reset of your password, go here and you will be send a new (temporary) password. As we have no access to the passwords of our customers, this will be the only way to recover access to your account.


WARRANTY / RETURNS

How long will I have warranty on my watch?

The warranty on the watch depends on the brand. Most of our watches have 1 year of warranty on production errors, but to find the exact term of warranty, check the individual watch description. The warranty does not include the replacement of battery/glass, normal wear of the product, damage caused by the customer, wrongfull use, negligence or damages caused by repairs by a third party.

What exactly is the meaning of "Water Proof"?

Most of our watches have some resistance to water, which means that the case is sealed in a way that stops wated from going in and the watch does not damage when getting in contact with water. The watches are not made to be submerged in water and we recommend not exposing them to water in any way. Do not shower with your watch and try to avoid a lot of exposure to rain.

Can I change my watch after receiving it?

Within 14 days after receiving your watch (with the condition that it is unused and has no damage) you can change it for a different one. For changes requested by our customers we will charge a 25USD handling fee and all shipping costs (to us and back). Of the rest amount (after deducting these costs from your original purchase amount) you can choose your new watch in our site or if you want to buy a more expensive watch, you can pay the difference online. Please first contact us before taking any action or sending us the watch.


VARIOS

My wrist is not that big, can I change the size of the watch?

Sure! Once you receive your watch, you can go to any watch store where they can adjust the size for you and normally do not charge to much for this.

I want to buy a watch I have seen in Mundo Unik, but it is not available right now. What to do?

If you want to buy a watch that is not available, you can contact us and we can see if we can still get the specific watch for you. As the watches are of limited production batches, some will not be available anymore however but we will also have new options to choose from!

What kind of mecanism do the LED watches use?

The LED watches are made with an exclusively quartz electronic mecanisme.
