Payment
We offer the following payment options:
1. Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Credencial) trough our payment processor; Pagosonline.net.
2. Debit Card, Pagosonline.net also can process payments by all national (Colombian) debit cards.
3. A bank transfer or deposit to our Colombian bank account. This option is only available if you have a Colombian bank account or if you can deposit the payment locally into our account. International transfer to our account will have a very high aditional cost for both you aswell as us and therefore we can not accept this way of payment.
4. Payment in Cash in our office o against delivery (only available in Bogota, Colombia)
As soon as we receive your payment we will send you the watch within 2 working days. The delivery costs are determined in the Shopping Cart page.
Delivery
All the products we show in our page are in stock and we can deliver as soon as we receive your payment.
The delivery terms are determined by the seller and normally it is an accurate time estimation. But in any case that the delivery takes longer, it does not entitle the buyer for any compensation.
We reserve the right to reject an order.
You must check that the delivered product complies with your order at the time of delivery. If it does not comply, you are required to give us a notification within 5 calender days by email or telephone. After this period, the goods are considered as accepted by you.
In the remote case that your package arrives heavily damaged, check the package and its content in front of the postman and in case of real damage to the product, do not accept the package and inform us immediately. If the package is clearly repacked or opened and resealed, we also advise you to open the box in front of the postman to assure everything is accordingly to your purchase. All our shipments are insured and we will arrange any arising problem. In these cases, please send us an email to info@mundounik.com with the purchase order number and a description of your situation.
Prices
All our prices are in United States Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. You can convert prices into Pesos, Bolivares, Guarani, Quetzal, Colon, Sucre, Lempira, Nuevo Sol, Euros, Libras etc using the exchange rate table at our page. Please note that currency conversions on our website are approximate due to exchange rates varying from day to day. To get an accurate conversion for your currency please go to www.xe.com . The exact exchange rate will be determined by your bank however and we have no control over it. In the rare case that an item on our site is wrongly priced, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Applicable law
The Colombian law is applicable to the purchase agreement between MUNDO UNIK and you as the buyer that comes forward from you confirming your order.
